During the gathering of Stichting Atlantica and the organized Drum Circle, this beautiful and symbolic moment was captured. For the past ten years, Peter Rijken and his dedicated team have lovingly brought the Chapat Festival to life, a unique gathering where nature, music, spirituality, and human connection meet in harmony. With passion and devotion, they create a welcoming space each year where people of all ages can come together, share, and grow.

It was a radiant afternoon, and the weather spirits were truly on our side. Under a beautiful sky, people came together in a spirit of connection, with open hearts and a shared intention to send peace, respect, and harmony out into the world.

On Friday, June 5th, we gathered in Stekene to complete the final preparations for the upcoming Drum Circle. The Peace Drum was born from a dream carried by Marga, Grandmother White Owl. She envisioned a world where people live with kindness, where compassion overcomes fear, and where humanity remembers its deep connection to all life.

The Peace Drum is born from a dream. She is not a product. She is not a business.
She is a project that brings people together, beyond belief, background, and origin, through rhythm, presence, and heart.

Sacred circles and the drum are deeply connected, both symbolically and in experience. The drum is often seen as the heart of the circle, a living rhythm that brings people together and returns everyone to the same foundation: presence.
