One Drum. Many Hearts. One World.
A free international initiative connecting people through the universal language of rhythm, silence and human encounter.
The PeaceDrum is more than an instrument. She is a travelling messenger of peace, unity and hope. From hand to hand and from heart to heart, she journeys among people, communities and organisations that believe in respect, love and human connection.
Wherever the PeaceDrum arrives, she creates space for people to come together. She brings people together during ceremonies, meditations, concerts, nature experiences, circles and other non-commercial gatherings. The focus is not on the music itself, but on what arises between people.
The PeaceDrum belongs to no one and, at the same time, to everyone. She is carried by volunteers and Guardians who welcome her with care, accompany her for part of her journey and then pass her on. In this way, a worldwide network is growing—formed by people who believe that peace begins with an encounter, a conversation, a shared moment of silence or one collective heartbeat.
On this website, you can discover her story, follow her journey and learn how to invite the PeaceDrum yourself.
We invite you to become part of this extraordinary journey.

Where Is the PeaceDrum Now?
The PeaceDrum is currently in Amsterdam. From there, she will also make a special visit to a residential care home in Rijswijk, at the invitation of a 97-year-old woman.
She will then continue her journey to Cyprus, followed by Helmond.
New places, new encounters and, each time, a new story in her journey from hand to hand and from heart to heart.
Follow her current route and discover the stories unfolding along the way.
The Peace Drum Chooses Her Own Path
Sometimes, it seems as though the Peace Drum has a will of her own.
The PeaceDrum Connects Beyond All Boundaries
The PeaceDrum belongs to no religion, nationality, or belief system. She is a symbol of connection, respect, and peace, inviting people to meet one another with an open heart.
