Would you like to welcome The PeaceDrum during a ceremony, gathering or another meaningful moment of connection?

The PeaceDrum travels from hand to hand and from heart to heart. Wherever she is welcomed, she invites people to come together, listen and meet one another beyond their differences.

Every gathering adds a new story, a new encounter and a new heartbeat to her journey.

What Kind of Occasions?

The PeaceDrum can be invited by individuals, associations, schools, care organisations, cultural institutions, communities and other initiatives that share her values.

She can be present during:

  • Drum circles and ceremonies

  • Meditations and moments of stillness

  • Nature gatherings and peace walks

  • Concerts and cultural gatherings

  • Activities in schools and care facilities

  • Gatherings centred around peace and connection

  • Memorials and significant moments in life

There is no fixed programme that must be followed. Every organiser may create a meaningful moment around The PeaceDrum, inspired by their own traditions, background and vision, as long as her mission and conditions are respected.

The Conditions

The PeaceDrum is a free and non-commercial initiative.

A gathering centred around the Drum:

  • Is free of charge for participants

  • Is open to everyone, regardless of origin, religion, gender, skin colour or worldview

  • Is based on peace, respect, equality and human connection

  • May not be used as part of a profit-making activity

  • Treats The PeaceDrum with care and respect at all times

A voluntary contribution towards the Drum's onward journey, shipping and protection is welcome, but never required.

Temporary Guardianship

Anyone who welcomes The PeaceDrum becomes her temporary Guardian.

This means that you are responsible for her safe arrival, her stay and the next part of her journey. You ensure that she is treated with care and respect and that she is passed on or shipped to her next destination at the agreed time.

The PeaceDrum can be passed personally from one Guardian to another. When this is not possible, she travels safely packed inside her protective hard case.

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your name and contact details

  • The name of your organisation or initiative

  • The location and country where the gathering will take place

  • Your preferred date or possible dates

  • A short description of the gathering

  • The expected number of participants

  • How The PeaceDrum will be included in your gathering

Once we receive your request, the Guardians will review the schedule, travel route and practical possibilities together with you.

Requests are handled exclusively by email or through the contact form, not through Messenger. We usually respond within 48 hours.
